Quality Policy Statement 2026 – 2027

Ellison Construction Ltd is committed to delivering the highest standards of quality in all aspects of our operations. We recognise that customer satisfaction, continual improvement, and compliance with statutory and contractual requirements are fundamental to the success and sustainability of our business.

The Company is committed to operating a Quality Management System based upon the principles of ISO 9001:2015 and will continually improve the effectiveness of its processes, procedures, and services.

Our objectives are to:

  • Meet or exceed customer expectations through the delivery of high-quality construction and maintenance services.
  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and industry requirements.
  • Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
  • Deliver projects safely, efficiently, on time, and within agreed specifications.
  • Minimise errors, defects, rework, and waste through effective planning and control.
  • Establish measurable quality objectives and regularly review performance against these objectives.
  • Encourage feedback from clients, employees, suppliers, and stakeholders to support continual improvement.
  • Ensure all personnel receive appropriate training, supervision, and resources necessary to carry out their duties effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other interested parties to achieve quality outcomes.
  • To achieve these objectives, Ellison Construction Ltd will:
  • Maintain and continually improve its Quality Management System.
  • Conduct regular management reviews and internal audits.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure that quality considerations are incorporated into all operational activities.
  • Promote compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, Building Safety Act 2022, Building Regulations, and all other relevant legislation.
  • Ensure risks and opportunities affecting quality performance are identified, assessed, and managed appropriately.

This Quality Policy applies to all employees, subcontractors, and persons working on behalf of Ellison Construction Ltd. The policy is communicated throughout the organisation and is available to interested parties upon request.

This policy will be reviewed annually, or sooner if significant changes occur within the business, legislation, or industry standards.
