This large development creating fourteen luxury apartments is set in an elevated position looking across the Aire Valley.

Constructed in Yorkshire stone in the sloping land, a large stone retaining wall also had to be built prior to the main works.

New pathways and a road were formed to the new development which was completed in 2006.
