Working with Portakabin, we were appointed to undertake ground works for a new changing facility and construct a new flat roof lobby at Energus, a training and conferencing centre in Lillyhall near Workington.

The foundations have been designed and constructed for the two storey modular Portakabin facility.

The lobby was constructed in Staffordshire Blue brick with a parapet wall to the perimeter, aluminium copings and a single plywood “Rubberbond” roof system.

The proposed development required extending the existing services to the new facility and installing a new heating system, ventilation system, power to mechanical equipment and above ground drainage.

The project involved careful planning, working with the client to avoid disruption to the existing building across the seven acre site.
