Despite all the challenges the year has brought, we have once again passed our annual audit and received our ISO accreditation for 2020/2021.
Thanks to Aimee, Claire, Holly and the team for all their efforts.
With Covid-19 continuing to make this a very different year for us, it has been a pleasure to maintain a sense of normality through our continued work on our 10 house project in Ripon, in association with Studio Map and Ailsa 3 Developments. We’re very much looking forward to February 2021, when hopefully we’ll be closer to seeing the back of the virus and the site will look just like the architects impressions below.
Despite the complications Covid-19 has brought us, we have this week been able to start work on our latest housing development. Following on from our recently completed “Whitehouse Farm” project, we are once again working with Studio Map and Ailsa 3 Developments, this time constructing 10 new build properties in Ripon.
We’re a little way off it looking like the architects impression below, but we’re off to a solid start
In the wake of the current Coronavirus outbreak, we would like to update all our customers and suppliers as to the measures we are taking to ensure the safest possible working practice.
Our office will no longer be accepting in-person sales calls until further notice. Only visitors with a pre-arranged appointment will be allowed to enter. We will also be running from a skeleton staff of just one person in the office at any one time, so please do bear with us if your phone call takes longer than normal to be answered.
On site our operatives will be adhering to the government guidance around social distancing.
We would like to take this chance to wish all our clients, suppliers, subcontractors and employees a happy, healthy and prosperous new year!
2019 has been a great year for Ellison Construction Ltd, where we completed another successful Tough Mudder season, handed over 9 high spec new build properties in Darley and began work on 9 more which are now nearing completion in nearby Killinghall.
We navigated another busy year of modular building construction, with our operatives working up and down the country on schools, hospitals, fire stations and everything in between. The year came to a particularly challenging close during the disastrous South Yorkshire floods, where we are proud to have played a part in enabling some of the worst hit schools to reopen as swiftly as possible.
We hope to build on the success of last year into 2020, for all the challenges and opportunities it may bring.
